Software Charges
A software client is required for any desktop, laptop, or network server that will be backing up data. Several different backup solutions are available for businesses (see Designing a Backup Service). The backup service Setup Charge includes one software client. Additional e-Backups.net Software Clients are $49.95. Please contact us for discount information on purchases over 10 clients.

Storage Vault Charges
This charge is based on the Backup Service Plan you select and the amount of storage used each month.
If you need more storage than provided in your base plan, simply use what is necessary and the excess storage will be pro-rated to the nearest 1MB (incremental cost per MB will be based on the service plan selected). This allows you to use more space when it’s required without having to change a thing. If you find that you consistently use more than the base plan allows, simply upgrade to a new plan at any time.

REMEMBER: The storage space needed is after compression. Depending on the type of data being protected, the data size will be reduced by as much as 60%.

Once you signup for service our easy to use "Getting Started Wizard" will walk you through the steps or our e-Backups.net staff can walk you through the setup right over the phone. Each plan dedicates a specific amount of storage to meet your needs.

  • Setup charges include first software client.
  • Additional storage costs will be prorated to the nearest 1MB
  • Service plans may be upgraded at any time
  • Usage is calculated on your monthly activation date.
